    The Aspens at Eagle's Nest is a 50 home development located in Silverthorne, Colorado. Your community is a planned unit development. It is governed by a set of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. These are enforced to provide maximum enjoyment and develop integrity for you and your neighbors. Please make sure to contact Americana Resort Properties before you make any exterior changes to your home as these changes will need to be approved by the Association Board of Directors.

    YOUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY: Americana Resort Properties is a full service Property and Rental Management Company. We are proud to have such a dedicated, experienced and professional support staff, including maintenance and housekeeping departments. We have a well-established short-term and long-term rental management program.     EAGLE'S NEST PROPERTY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION:  The ENPHA is the master association for the Aspens at Eagle's Nest.  For more information, please go to www.enpha.com

    TRASH REMOVAL: Timberline Disposal will provide weekly curbside trash service on Tuesdays.

    KEY CONTROL AND RESIDENCE SECURITY CHECKS: Although the Association does not require that a working key to your home be on file at our office, please know that if you choose to supply us with one, it will be maintained in a secure and confidential fashion. Americana Resort Properties can provide a monthly security check of your unoccupied residence. Contact us if you wish to make arrangements for security checks.

    COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE: Landscaping will be maintained outside the fenced perimeter. Snow removal will be provided for driveways. Please refer to the Rules and Regulations regarding further policy information. Our intent is to provide these services in the least disruptive and most efficient manner.

    HOUSE PAINTING: The Association is responsible for staining your fences and the exterior painting of your home. Each fence and home is to be repainted every four years and is managed cyclically so that some homes are repainted each year.
